Based in Darwin, in the heart of Australia’s Northern Territory, Speargrass Distillery is inspired by the people, places, and bold flavours of the Top End. We’re proud to share a taste of this wild and wonderful place with you. If you do treat yourself to a bottle (or six), we only ask one thing. Don’t hide them in a dusty cupboard waiting for a special day. Take them camping with you. Have one on a balcony with a mate. Bring them to a party you heard happening down the street, or take them to a beach picnic. Because Speargrass isn’t for special moments. It’s for regular moments that become special.
