TERMS OF PAYMENT
25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Final balance of payment is due 70 days prior to tour departure.

BOOKING POLICY
25% Deposit is due within 7 days of making a booking.
Final Payment is due 70 days prior to tour departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
70 days prior to tour departure: Full refund.
60 – 69 days prior to tour departure: 50% of the booking total charged. Credit card surcharges are not refundable.
Less than 60 days prior to tour departure: Full cancellation penalty. 100% of the booking total will be charged. No credit charges permitted. Credit card surcharges are not refundable.
