Cancellation Policy
The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation and the remaining amount in the 3 days before arrival.
You will receive an email requesting you provide a valid credit card and photographic ID prior to checkin. A Credit Card pre-authorisation for $200.00 (1 & 2 bedroom) or $500 (3 bedroom) or $500 cash deposit for your stay is required for all bookings. Please note our Strict ZERO TOLERANCE Policy on Party Rooms.
Guests who are found to be using the venue for a party and creating excessive noise will be evicted with full loss of rent and bond.
