Marrara Caravan Park Terms and Conditions



Bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions as agreed to at the time of booking.

A contract between you and the owners will come into existence when we receive payment and accept your booking by issuing a confirmation of booking for the booking dates. The contract binds you & all the members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms & conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract & loss of the booking.

A  deposit of 1 nights accomadation is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than Four weeks before your arrival date must be accompanied by the full amount of the charge for the period of booking. Unless you are stying more than 2 weeks then 2 weeks payment is required. 

The balance must be paid no later than four (4) weeks before the commencement of your booking. If the balance is not received by the due date, then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation.

All cancellations must be immediately notified in writing (preferably by emailing info@mgcp.com.au). If you cancel your booking the following applies;

More than 4 weeks before your booking date, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If cancellation occurs 2 weeks before your booking date, only 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your booking date, then the full balance of the booking remains due and is not refundable.
If found to have given misleading information, any bookings or payments made via our website (www.mgcp.com.au) may be subjected to change upon arrival. It is the responsibility of the residents to be honest and to give accurate information at the time of booking.

It is compulsory that all long-term and permanent residents pay their weekly rent 2 weeks prior to the current week. The owners will have the right to issue warnings or take necessary action if rent is not paid on time.

We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance and all other applicable insurance against your property and belongings for the duration of your stay. If you choose not to then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to unexpected cancellations by you, any loss or damage caused by external parties, nature or other acts of God.

Permanent tenants should also make sure they have all necessary insurance’s in place for their property and belongings as well as Public liability insurance. We do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur within our park property.

Your booking will not be cancelled by the owner except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made in full for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited only to payments made to us.

The number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed the maximum allowed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age.
We (the owner) reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.
We or our representatives reserve the right to enter the site at any time to undertake essential maintenance or for inspection purposes.

In the event that persons are evicted from the park due to a breach of the rules and conditions, they will not receive a refund of any fees paid and may be barred from returning to the park. It is management's intention to implement a no tolerance policy in regards to breaches of safety and noise rules within the park. It is the aim of management to develop a clean, friendly park for all to enjoy.

Check-in commences at 12pm on the day you of arrival, unless otherwise agreed and guests are required to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure. This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. 

Damage deposit – In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result.

Damage to property – Please treat the facilities & accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage in your accommodation please let us know immediately so that we can take appropriate action. If there have been any breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could replace them or advise us before you leave. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday & you may be charged for any loss or damage found. This damage will be recovered from the security deposit amount held at the time of booking and extra payment would be due if the balance of the deposit is not sufficient to cover the damages.

The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the Guests leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.

Please note that in the event that any keys, owner’s property etc. issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.

The Guests may in no circumstance re-let or sublet the property, even free of charge.
The owner shall not be liable for any temporary defect or malfunction of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the building or grounds.

All inventory must remain in the property it was in at arrival and not be taken to another property.

Children under 18 must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times.
We reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking (or their guests) may impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of others.

Any problem or complaint which the Guest may have concerning their holiday must be immediately reported directly to us/our representatives and we will endeavour to put matters right. Any complaints not reported to us/the property manager at the time and only reported after the client has returned from holiday will not be considered by the proprietor.

We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments or additions to these terms and conditions without notice.

Prices can be increased or decreased at anytime as we use RMS Dynamic pricing this is due to seasonality and popularty and competion between other Parks. 

Our property is privately owned. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the properties with the same respect that they would with their own place of living.



FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government actions or restrictions, travel warnings, coup d’état, martial law, state of emergency, wars, terrorism, insurrections, pandemics, epidemics, nuclear incidents, EMP and/or any other cause beyond the control of the party whose performance is affected (“Force Majeure”); provided, however, that adverse economic conditions or general financial or operational constraints are not deemed to be a Force Majeure event. If either party is affected by a Force Majeure event, it shall forthwith notify the other party of the nature and extent thereof.
