K-Town Hotel Cancellation Policy:

At K-Town Hotel, we strive to provide excellent service and flexibility to our valued guests. We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we have designed our cancellation policy to accommodate your needs. Please find below our best cancellation policy:

Cancellation Deadlines:

Individual Bookings:
Guests must cancel their reservation at least 2 days prior to the scheduled check-in time to avoid any cancellation fees.

Group Bookings:
For reservations with five or more rooms, please refer to our group booking contract or contact our group reservations department for specific cancellation policies.
Cancellation Fees:

Individual Bookings:
If a reservation is cancelled within the cancellation deadline of 48 hours (in local Darwin time, 2PM), no cancellation fees will be charged. However, if a guest fails to cancel or modify their reservation within the specified timeframe, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights stay or 50% of the total reservation cost, whichever is greater.

Group Bookings:
Cancellation fees for group reservations will be outlined in the group booking contract or communicated by our group reservations department at the time of reservation.

Long-Term Booking Cancellation Policy:
For bookings of more than 6 nights, if a guest decides to check out earlier than originally planned, no refunds will be provided for the remaining nights. The guest will be responsible for the full payment of the originally booked duration.

Non-Refundable Reservations:
Some reservations may be booked as non-refundable, offering a discounted rate or during the event like Katherine Show day week, Katherine racing etc, any event day , in exchange for a no-cancellation policy. In such cases, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking, and no refunds will be provided for cancellations or modifications.
